Good to know
- After arriving at the store, please select your kimono. The entire dressing and styling process will take approximately 45 to 80 minutes, depending on how crowded the store is that day.
- Please return the kimono by 17:00 on the same day. A late fee of ¥1,000 per person will be charged for returns within 30 minutes of the due time, payable on the spot. If you wish to return the kimono the following day, please inform our staff in advance.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may not be able to serve you immediately. Our staff will reschedule your experience. Thank you for your understanding.
