Child Seats and Luggage Regulations •This service uses officially operated vehicles, and child seats are not mandatory. If required, please inform us in advance when booking, and the supplier can provide 1 free of charge. ※ Each child seat occupies approximately 1.5 person’s space, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity. •If unable to board due to exceeding passenger or luggage capacity, the responsibility and cost will be borne by the traveler. Vehicle Arrangement and Driving Range •All vehicle models may be adjusted to a vehicle of the same class depending on the daily dispatch; specific models cannot be designated. •If a 7-seater car carries 6 larger adults, it is recommended to upgrade to a 10-seater model for comfort. •The total mileage for charter service is generally limited to 300 kilometers, calculated from the passenger’s pick-up location in Tokyo; for mileage exceeding 300 kilometers, an additional charge of JPY 400 per kilometer will apply. •The free pick-up and drop-off range is based on the service area indicated on the product; for areas outside the designated range, an empty car travel fee of JPY 5,000 to 20,000 will be charged based on the actual distance. Please contact customer service to confirm the specific fee. •Haneda Airport, Urayasu, and the Disney area are not within the free pick-up and drop-off range of Tokyo city. A one-way surcharge of JPY 5,000 applies, and a round-trip surcharge of JPY 10,000 applies.

Charter Time and Overtime Fees •Standard service time: 10 hours ※ If picking up/dropping off at different locations (e.g., Mount Fuji/Hakone), the service time is 8 hours; for other areas, empty car time will be reserved based on actual arrangements. •Service time range: 07:00 to 22:00

Overtime fees:

• For vehicles with 10 seats or less: JPY 3,000 / 30 minutes
• For vehicles with 14 seats or more: JPY 5,000 / 30 minutes ※ Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments; exceeding 15 minutes is calculated as 30 minutes. ※ Overtime incurred due to traffic jams, passenger waiting, or itinerary delays will be included in the service time and charged accordingly.

Other Reminders ※ The driver does not speak English. Translation software can be used to communicate with passengers. Please confirm acceptance of this arrangement before booking. If an English-speaking driver is required, please contact customer service in advance to confirm; if arrangements can be made, an additional JPY 5,000 designation fee will apply. •One day before departure, customer service will proactively contact you via your reserved communication software and create a service group to facilitate communication with the driver and confirm the itinerary. If you have not received contact, please proactively contact customer service. Driver and vehicle information will be provided by customer service. •If the itinerary includes “Mount Fuji 5th Station,” the mountain entry fee (approximately JPY 2,800 to 5,700) will be collected on-site and can be paid by the driver on your behalf.
