Adults and children are the same price. Infants under 2 years old are free and will not be provided with a seat. If a seat is required for a child of infant age, the adult fare will be charged.
This activity requires a minimum of 6 people to form a group. If the minimum number is not reached, we will arrange for a rescheduling or a full refund.
This tour does not include lunch; please enjoy it at Asahiyama Zoo on your own.
Please be sure to adhere to the scheduled tour times. If you are late, it will be considered an automatic cancellation of the tour, and the fees paid will not be refunded.
Since traffic is greatly affected by the weather, we are not responsible for any subsequent losses caused by delays due to unavoidable factors such as traffic jams. Please be aware of this.
If you need to bring luggage (including strollers and wheelchairs, etc.), please indicate this in the remarks column. We will arrange the vehicle type according to the number of people traveling. If the vehicle type can accommodate luggage, confirmed 3-5 days before departure, a handling fee and space reservation fee will be charged separately for luggage space and loading/unloading arrangements. It will be JPY 1500 per item (cash only), to be paid to the guide before boarding. Please inform us in advance so that we can properly arrange vehicle space to make your trip smoother and more comfortable.
If unavoidable factors such as weather, traffic control, or safety considerations occur, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary or duration of stay at each attraction.
Due to weather and road conditions in winter, it is not recommended to arrange other itineraries or expensive dinner reservations after returning on the same day. We are not responsible for any losses.
A travel notice will be sent to your email address by 5 PM the day before departure. Please pay attention to your email (or spam folder).
