- This product does not accept registration from the following tourists: those with infectious diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental illness, severe anemia, patients in the recovery period of large and medium-sized operations, the elderly aged 75 (inclusive) and above, pregnant women, and those with limited mobility, as well as other people who are not suitable for travel. The person making the reservation must accurately and promptly convey and verify the tourist's physical condition before registering. Otherwise, the person making the reservation and the tourist shall bear the adverse consequences and all expenses arising therefrom.

We are not responsible for any losses caused by the guest providing incorrect personal information.

- During the actual trip of this product, under the premise of not reducing the number of attractions and with the consent of the guests, our service staff may make appropriate adjustments to your itinerary based on weather, traffic and other conditions (such as adjusting the order of attractions) to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary.
- During the tour, if force majeure factors cause the scenic spots to fail to be visited normally, our service staff may negotiate with the guests to cancel or replace the scenic spots according to the actual situation, or refund the fees on-site according to the ticket price in the tourism product. The refund will not be based on the listed price of the scenic spot. Please understand.
- If there are any emergencies such as road conditions that require changes to the collection time, the time announced by our service staff shall prevail.
- For complimentary items in the itinerary, no fees will be refunded if they cannot be given due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, or if you cannot visit them for personal reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
- During group tours, without the consent of our service staff, you must not leave the group or leave the group without authorization during non-free activity periods. If you choose to leave the group midway, with the consent of the service staff, you should sign a written agreement to leave the group. The unfinished part will be deemed as your voluntary abandonment, and only the ungenerated ticket fees will be refunded. Tourists are responsible for any personal and property safety issues arising therefrom.
- This product is a group activity. Considering the health and safety of other tourists, pets are not allowed on the tour.
- Tourists holding preferential certificates such as senior citizen cards, officer cards, military disability certificates, disability certificates, student cards, and tour guide certificates can enjoy preferential ticket policies for scenic spots, subject to the policy announced by the scenic spot on the day of travel.
