Good place to stay, the private pool was nice but not very clean. The public pools are nice and look great! The food was bland with not much flavor. Spa massage was good but felt rushed.

The swimming pool was filthy, with heavy sediment and a lot of algae buildup. The pool water was dirty, and the decayed mats stuck all over my child's body. As a result, my child suffered severe dermatitis and skin irritation right after swimming, requiring an immediate hospital visit upon our return to Ho Chi Minh City. The resort failed to disclose that the beach is unusable; there is only a seawall and no actual beach to swim in. The breakfast restaurant was overcrowded with a severe shortage of tables. The lunch restaurant was incredibly hot because the air conditioning wasn't turned on, leaving guests dripping with sweat, and the food was bland and terrible. Furthermore, there was a shortage of buggy cars, making us wait a very long time to move around the resort. Most importantly, the children's pool was extremely dirty and unhygienic.

Great Everything was great, the problem is once you leave the resort the area is very dirty and not developed and restaurant options are very limited.
