The room and balcony was spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. Reception was efficient and polite. There was an empty bottle of wine in the room from the previous occupants. The balcony was looking out onto a roof. Was difficult to get a coffee at 16:30. Kosher hotels are a complete hypocrisy

A beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. I was allowed an early check-in and a late checkout. I was able to witness Shabbat and was in walking distance to all the beautiful treasures of our beautiful city.

Below average
Staff was very unwelcoming, and rude. They were not helpful and gave so much attitude. For the amount of times I stay there a year, I was shocked. Also, the "suite" we paid for, and stayed was horrible. There was so much noise coming from the halls, and there was not a clear view. I was not happy with this stay at all.
