Great
Nice clean room but much smaller than we anticipated. It was clean but the bed was also quite small (we are quite tall folks). Liked that the TV had Netflix though, that was a bonus after a long day exploring. Jasper itself is a lovely, albeit small town, with the national parks right on the doorstep with some great opportunities to see nature.

I asked to fill up the conditioner as it got ran out and requested to fix the bed, remove the trash and change the towels. I went to the reception myself. When we came back from the tour nothing was done with my request.

Staff waa friendly. Location was convenient. Onsite breakfast area was in the basement. Bedding for sofa bed had a foul odour.

Loved the location! Also the restaurant at the Crimson is amazing!!!! Be sure to eat there. We sat at the bar and it has been completely renovated.

The property is in a great location, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and having a small refrigerator in the room was a convenient and appreciated feature.
