A great place to stay. Excellent customer service. The entire team was awesome. Very hospitable and caring. I will always stay here whenever I visit Hai Phong. Awesome experience.

I previously stayed at Nikko Saigon before and was impressed by the overall experienced....the Hai Phong one did not disappoint. Food is good. Room is well maintained. Staff are friendly.

Excellent service and beautiful clean hotel. Breakfast was great 5* level.. Just a little far away from the central with road constructions going on around the area at the moment.. Otherwise, everything about this hotel was top notch.
