it was a great experience. the food was good. the staff were helpful and fast. the room was nice except for the safebox did not work well. another issue we booked for 3 rooms me and my husband’s room was smaller and the window did not locked. had to call to get it fixed. it was temporarily fixed until we checked out hotel location: bohol tropics

The room is dusty. My daugther had episode of allergic rhinitis. Also, the hot and cold shower is defective (always hot even if the lever is pushed far back towards cold. Although the function room is surprisingly nice.

Location is just perfect. it’s near the sea port, transportation(tricycle) is available anytime outside. Some rooms of the resort are outdated, the furnitures are worn out, the beddings should smell fresh, not musty.The superior room we were given, although very big, was an example. The toilet and bath was sparse, no floor mat outside the shower room, the bidet falls off the wall every time its used. The free breakfast was adequate, could use an additional dish or two, AND only the coffee is included, if you’re a tea drinker, it’s an additional cost. Reception and waiters were very nice, accommodating and the security guards are very helpful. as A

Beautiful hotel located conveniently near the port. The room we got was spacious and had a wonderful view of the sea. Only downside was that the room was a bit sticky (must’ve been the humidity).

We had a nice stay, the resort was quiet, convenient and easily accessible. However, rooms were very outdated. For extra person, we were only provided with a mattress, not a rollaway bed. The room furnitures and facilities were very old. One of the bed sheets had an old stain to it. The inside of the cabinets weren't very clean, and had dust forming. Inside slippers weren't very clean either. Although the washroom was big and spacious, the big mirror had dark spots/stains, and the toilet had some yellow stains on the seat. Despite that, staff were courteous, and quick to respond to room services. Breakfast wasn't big but it was okay.

hotel location: 10/10 Middle of almost everywhere. Don't expect any near beaches. If you read complaints about that on other reviews. Tell them to research before going on a trip. 😂 breakfast: 9/10 Min. options but Enough for what I need for breakfast. cleanliness: 10/10. Tho sometimes they clean the pool when it's open so if you have a busy schedule then hopefully you're lucky to be swimming when they're not cleaning them. service: 10/10 just a side note on Cafe Atanacio: their salad is amazing!

bohol tropics resort has very good service personnel. all were very respectful and prompt with our needs. breakfast is delicious too. i would like to commend Ms. lovely from the reception desk for all the graciousness and help she extended to us. kudos to you and your team!❤️the room is clean but i just want to address the off smell coming from the cr drainage of room 339. it’s a good thing we’re always on our tour activities.
