budget stay though the room tariffs were high due to the Sydney Marathon week. rooms are small for a family and there is no lift access. staff is friendly and courteous. Good access to main road, bus stops and St.Leonards station (1 km walk). Their cafe only had breakfast when we stayed. Parking is available. Decent stay.
