We had half board. The staff was nice but a little bit distracted. They were always on their phone when not engaging with customers. The food was just alright. Some of the items served for breakfast were definitely left overs from the night before. I noticed that the bread was not fresh as well as some of the vegetables. The room was nice but we didn’t have enough towels or the right amenities that should be included with the room. We had to call the front to get what we needed. The pillows for the bed were older and had a weird smell. The sauna was a great experience. The room had a great view of the water and surrounding area. It was overall a good experience.

Solo stay

Remarkable value for the price you paid with 5 stars standards hotel. I could not understand why their actual rating is at 4 stars level. For example the swimming pool I would rate at 6 stars and same as breakfast which was amazing. I’ve been in many hotels around Dubai area but this one by far the best one.
