The front desk staff was helpful. Property was clean, modern, gorgeous. The room was spacious. Location is good. The pool area is small. Overall, I’d recommend!

It was disappointing that we were not allocated the room type we had booked and paid for. We chose this hotel especially because of the availability of a room overlooking a garden. We viewed many hotels in Porto and chose this hotel specifically because it offered rooms with garden views. On arrival, we were advised we had been 'upgraded' to a larger room but without an outlook other than a wall!. There were only two of us, whilst extra space was fine, had that been our priority requirement we would have booked that type of room. Our priority was a room with a garden view. So this was very disappointing. Other than that, it was a nice hotel with attentive staff.

The hotel is in a fantastic location - really central but a little bit of calm in the middle of the city with the garden and pool. The room was spotless and well appointed. We loved the balcony! The breakfast was lovely and the staff were really friendly.
