Hotel Rossio Plaza is a PERFECT location in Lisbon, right in the heart of the main square, steps to the subway and train stations. The hotel was super clean, comfy and safe. The staff went above and beyond, our room was ready when we got there, and we had a great view of the courtyard. This hotel was amazing, i will stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you hotel Rossio for a great stay.

Everything was fine for our recent three day trip to Lisbon. ie: location, cleanliness, staff, etc. I notice that Expedia has this hotel classified as three star. I believe that it deserves to be reassessed to 3-1/2 or higher.

Hotel is ideal for what it is: fantastic location, clean modern rooms. For that I would give it six stars! The staff is great and absolutely everything we wanted to see was a short walk from our room. We loved that. Only things to note is that the hotel doesn’t have a pool, gym, or other common areas. If those are important to you, this hotel won’t work. But if you want a great room in a great location in Lisbon, this is it!

Located a street away from the main tourist street, this is a well appointed hotel. Check in was easy and the room was smartly designed in terms of efficient user of space and modern amenities. Soundproofing was also excellent given there was always something happening in the street. Location means you are within a comfortable walk of the key Lisbon activities and transport connections

La chambre était parfaite, grande salle de bain, lit confortable, petit déjeuner inclus très apprécié, climatisation très utile. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment excellent, dans un magnifique quartier à proximité de tout. Il a été possible de visiter l'essentiel de Lisbonne à pieds à partir de l'hôtel, et d'accéder facilement à l'aéroport par le transport en commun (métro) à proximité de l'hôtel.

The hotel was in a great location, breakfast was good and the front desk people were amazing. They kept our luggage for us for two days while we travelled to Porto and came back to stay another night there. They arranged for a drive for us to the airport

Solo stay

Amazing location in Rossio - close to the metro and bus (eg to Belem), train station (eg to Sintra) and 5-20mins walk to all the major districts/attractions (Chiado, Bairro Alto, Alfama, Timeout Market). Many great restaurants nearby, including less touristy choices. Excellent property if you are looking for a clean and convenient place to stay with all necessary amenities and very helpful staff, all at a great price. On my day of departure, Portugal had a general transport strike and the staff helpfully arranged private airport transfer from the hotel for €35. As a minor comment, while all necessary amenities were provided, it would have been more helpful to have a kettle instead of a coffee machine.
