I had a wonderful experience staying in a spacious and clean king-size room with a balcony view. We appreciated the daily cleaning service. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel right at home. The amenities were perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Stayed with kids

We had a wonderful stay at the Coachman with our two daughters. The staff were all super friendly. The food, coffee and drink options in the lobby were really convenient! So was the kitchen area where you can refill water and enjoy complimentary coffee, tea or hot chocolate. The hotel is within walking distance to the casinos and the lake. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

I would say the staff and services were great, but the room itself was very poorly designed. The furniture and toilet felt low quality, the hair dryer was broken, and the door was difficult to open and close. Overall, the stay was disappointing in terms of the room condition. That said, considering the price I paid, I probably shouldn’t have expected too much.
