​Great hotel, but the location wasn't very convenient for us. On the service side, the security guard couldn't help us book a Grab, and the staff was unable to give proper directions. Clearer guidance and more helpful front-line staff would be appreciated.

Overall, the hotel is great. However, we found the location a bit less than ideal for our needs. Additionally, the security guard outside was unhelpful when we needed assistance booking a Grab, and the staff struggled to provide clear directions when asked. Better staff training on guest assistance and local navigation would greatly improve the experience.

This hotel is overrated!😍The staffs are very accomodating. They have complimentary tea, coffee and water. Our view are petronas tower and KL tower very stunning from the rooftop pool! The location is also accessible to malls, tourist spots and convenience stores.

Arrived at 3AM. Receptionist was asleep so took me a while before I checked in. To manage expectations, each unit has 2 in it (left and right). It was not explained to me so sadly I woke up the occupant on the left (sorry!) and corridor light was busted. But when I entered it had everything I need - from a strong AC unit, working shower, toiletries and towels. Cafe on the 7th floor is not as good - I would suggest to go out and eat. The cons it’s far away from Bukit Bintang if you are going to walk. Overall it’s okay if you want to do a staycation and still he in the city.

The view was amazing! Even though the view from the room itself wasn’t that great, I love that they have pocket gardens on certain floors where you can enjoy a beautiful view of KL Tower and KLCC. The infinity pool was quite crowded but still nice. I was really happy to find a yoga room. it was perfect for me to relax and unwind. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. The kitchen still had some oily stains, and the room had a bit of a smell left from the previous guest. A humidifier would really help. Overall, I still loved my stay so much. Check-in was at 3PM and check-out at 11AM, which felt a bit early so for a better experience, I recommend booking at least 2 nights!
