I'm so happy that I found this apartment as it made getting around town so much easier when the subway and Scotrail stations are all within walking distance. Not to mention that Glasgow's shopping street is at your doorstep literally. No lack of shopping and dining options! Starbucks is just below the block. The only problem is that at my 2nd level room I could hear the garbage trucks so clearly when they came by early one morning and woke me from my slumber. I'm not sure if getting a room higher up would make any difference and with no lifts, lugging the luggages up the stairs would be a pain. Other than that it is good.

The staff are very prompt when i emailed them with any queries such as for cleaning service or to get extra supplies. The location of this apartment is unbeatable as it is close to the Buchanan Street SPT subway station and 2 Scotrail stations. We will be back again!

The location of this apartment is unbeatable as it is right in town and the Buchanan Street SPT subway station is literally at its doorstep! The Queen Street Scotrail station is also a short 5 min walk away. 2 gripes - I found a strand of hair underneath my covers on the first night when I was getting into bed. Therefore not sure how well they clean the room or bed. The other issue was that the in-room safe could not be opened after I locked it. Had to get the staff to use their master key to unlock it.
