Very unassuming hotel, but one of the most comfortable stays we ever had. Bed was nice and clean with fresh sheets, we were also able to request to change our sheets after my husband accidentally spilled a drink on the bed and they addressed the issue promptly. Room was cold, shower was warm, water pressure is also nice. TV has Netflix and Disney+. Didn’t have any problem with the internet connection. We were also able to check in early without fees. Receptionists were always nice. Location-wise, super near Sugbo Mercado, Mcdo, and some local eats. Overall, super worth it! Will definitely stay here again when we get back to Cebu. Thank you, Alba Uno ❤️

place is very accessible to nearby malls and amenities, but the construction noise from the neighboring building can be heard from our room during the day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.

My husband accidentally left his running earphones at the hotel but didn't realize it until a week after our trip to Cebu. I called the hotel and was very surprised to know they actually kept it for us. Not to mention, service is superb! The hotel staff were very accommodating and would immediately attend to our requests.
