Check-in procedure was fast and efficient. Customer service and housekeeping was top-notch. My quad room was extremely big, spacious, clean and cold. The bathroom looked luxurious and clean as well. This hotel is so much better than First World Hotel, but of course it ultimately depends on your budget.

Everything was absolutely top-tier! The staff and rooms were incredible, and you're just a stone's throw away from SkyAvenue Mall and Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park. The only minor downside is parking—it can be tricky, so your best bet is parking at the Highlands Hotel
