The hotel is undergoing some renovations now so some of the facilities are not open. The hotel is grand but a bit dated so the renovations are probably necessary. The staff are all well trained and courteous and helpful. The location is superb because in addition to the pool, there is direct access to the beach. Not all hotels in Laguna area have this privilege.
