big and clean room. very quiet and convenient location. friendly and helpful staff. i gave feedback that aircon was not cold. they checked and provided extra key card to ensure that aircon continues to run for 24/7. provided fan when i complained again aircon was still not cold to my liking. my only complaint is that the hotel is not manned 24/7. felt very insecure from midnight to 7am since there's no receptionist to take care of emergencies during the night. luckily nothing happened.
