Below average
The elevator situation was extremely slow and frustrating! The rooms lockboxes do not work. The hotel is set back in an alley that is not too nice. The buffet was too crowded and just ok. The staffs are friendly. The door boys are very helpful and would carry the heavy luggages up and down the stairs.

Good property, nice room and nice staff especially the female ones. The location is just one step away from the beach. The minus is the lobby is so hot, especially in the summer time.

Solo stay

This was a work trip for ne so room service or Grab was usually my dinner. Room service staff remember that I worked overnight and would bring me milk for my cofee and ice without even requesting. Room cleaning was hit or miss. One day my dinner plate stayed in the hallway until the next day.

Lit très grand prend énormément de place dans la chambre.dommage car la chambre est belle par contre Le balcon est ridicule, la largeur d'un tabouret. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et très varié. J'ai pris une chambre avec balcon mais comme c'est impossible de se détendre sur celui ci vu sa taille, je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles
