I love the shared amenities and the ambiance of the place. Away from busy streets but not too far from the main roads. Very accessible and with ample parking. Free breakfast is okay and room as well. Did not expect much since its budget place but definitely worth it

the internet was unstable. napuputol bigla. tried all avail wifi signals and all are the same. Taxi drivers (sa 3 nasakyan namin) didn't know the location. kahit bigay name ng place. so need to make sure you have data to guide taxi drivers.. But overall, still recommend as cheap, quiet, complete basic amenities such as hot shower, microwave, coffee, tv, and more.
