Fantastic

Solo stay

My room was clean and all of the facilities (shower, lights, air con, kettle) worked and there were sufficient power points to meet requirements for charging. The breakfast was adequate and similar to other hotels in Namibia; I would have preferred stronger coffee. The staff were the stars of the stay. Without exception they were friendly, efficient and helpful.

Good
The property and staff were lovely and very accommodating. They were even able to arrange a shuttle to the airport the morning of my flight, which I appreciated. However, the shuttle service is not a commercial service, and my experience was uncomfortable. The initial driver picked me up, then stopped at a gas station to switch me into another car with a different driver without any clear explanation. While I did make it to the airport safely, as a solo female traveler this situation felt very unsettling.

Great

Solo stay · For leisure

Lorenzo the receptionist was very helpful and tried his best to make the guest feels comfortable and he will work so hard to find out the answers to guests questions. The manager or owner is very professional and protective of her guests. She tries her best to make the guest feels safe. The breakfast was just ok but the staff were very good . The rooms lacked a bit of privacy as people can see through my window if I am having shower. It’s not cheap for the conditions and services they provide .

Stayed a week. Staff were extremely likeable and happy in their work. Good breakfast. Seriously hot showers. Wifi not always a good signal strength. No usb charging sockets, so bring your own charger, there’s sockets for the Européen two pin plugs. No fridge or frills. Small pool. On a hill so those who have limited ability would find it difficult. Reasonable price for what you get. Would I go there again, yes, due to the welcoming staff

Great affordable option in Windhoek. The rooms are a bit dated, but has everything you need. There isn't much right around the hotel to walk to, but that wasn't an issue for us. The receptionist/manager(?) lady was very nice. Would stay here again.
