I was very pleased to receive a complimentary room upgrade due to the air conditioning malfunction in my initial room assignment. The upgraded room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I will definitely consider staying here again for my next trip.

Had a pleasant stay here for one night. Room given was very spacious and neat. Toilet was clean. Parking provided have roof and secured. My room view is quite nice. However, breakfast options are not many. Experience in the hotel, almost 5/5 for me.

Check in to hotel was super smooth. Less than few minutes only. Opposite hotel have many good food and best kueh. Wish hotel had call service or even food to purchase in hotel. Room was spacious too and clean. Overall had a great time and satisfied with our stay at Melaka. well recommended
