I stayed for a night cause it was walking distance to the bus station. Since it is a budget friendly hotel I didnt expect much, but I was disappointed wifi didnt reach my room well on 7th floor. I had to go near the door or hallway to get a stable connection. This was the only place I stayed in Thailand that I experienced this. Overall you get what you paid for, good for a short stay and it's in a pretty quiet neighborhood so I slept well. It seems to be quite old as well but still for the price it's acceptable.
