I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel’s location was also convenient, with restaurants, shops, and transportation options nearby. The breakfast was good, and the facilities were satisfactory. Although there were a few minor issues, such as occasional noise and slow Wi-Fi, they did not greatly affect my overall experience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would be happy to stay here again.:

Fantastic

The staff were so accommodating and the room was clean and comfy. The location is its best feature just a few steps away from tour drop off points and within the free pick up radius in District 1. Our itinerary includes Cambodia and they were kind enough to keep our other luggage till we come back and check in again in 4 days. Overall very great experience. We would definitely recommend and maybe comeback someday.

We had a great stay overall. The staff were very kind and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the start. There was a minor issue with fluctuating lights in the room, but it did not greatly affect our experience. What truly stood out was Wendy from the staff—she went above and beyond by assisting us with our transfer and helping us find another place to stay. Her support and genuine care made a big difference. Thank you for the excellent service!

Room 606. 2am. The toilet lights were spoilt. Automatically on and off and was scaring. There was a stray cat stranded outside the window at level 5, crying and yelling. It was another day noon time hotel change another room. Counter only give one hotel card. Location is excellent. Walkable to many places.
