service is very good!!! spacious room, walking distance to ancient time town, easy to find, peaceful place near the ancient town! everything is near this place plus the people are very nice and hospitable especially Wally! very good breakfast options too!

The location of hotel is walkable from old town. The room is clean and spacious, the free breakfast is delicious. facilities are clean and well maintained. Will booked this Villa when I visit Hoi An again. Sir Wally is very accommodating and all the staff are friendly. We enjoy our vacation here. Definitely worth a 5star service.
