The hotel is a bit old. It’s spacious. A little bit close to the airport. it has an airport shuttle so it’s good.

I love staying here in La Carmela Perfect spot and accessble going to the beach lot. the staff always smiling and friendly thankyou so much La Carmela this is my 2nd time around here.

What I love about the room is that it is spacious and quiet, creating a perfect environment for relaxation. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure that our needs are met. During our last stay with my mom, I was pleased to discover that they now offer a breakfast buffet, which adds a delightful start to the day with a variety of delicious options.

They were extremely accommodating and when I notified them that there were issues in my room they immediately changed me to another room. My big problem was the second room. My wife and I were waking up on our first morning as husband and wife and I stripped the bed before we went out for the morning. There was staining to the mattress cover including dried blood that was totally and extremely disgusting and I notified them right away. When we returned they had rectified the situation and I really cannot complain about anything else!!

I like the bedroom, but we do not like the comfort room that much because of its design and smell. However, the interior of the bedroom is good. For me, the lobby is not ideal due to its size; it cannot accommodate many people, especially when they have larger baggage.
