Dear Klook Customer Support, I am requesting the cancellation and full refund of my booking at Don Muang Hotel (Feb 23–28, 2026). My flight from the Philippines was scheduled on Feb 23 at 9:30 PM, arriving in Thailand at 12:25 AM on Feb 24. However, immigration authorities deferred my boarding pass, preventing me from departing. This unforeseen and uncontrollable situation made it impossible for me to travel or check in. Both my flight and hotel were fully prepaid. As this was beyond my control and not a voluntary cancellation, I kindly ask for your compassionate consideration in granting a full refund. Thank you for your understanding. I look forward to your favorable response. Kind regards, GERALD T. Great

Double Room with Shower (5th floor & No lift) · 2 Adults · 1 Nights

The room was okay overall and served its purpose for a short stay. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The cleanliness wasn’t quite up to standard—some areas could’ve used more attention. The water pressure in the shower was quite low, which made it a bit inconvenient. Also, the faucet in the sink was broken, and the screen window in the toilet was damaged. With a bit more maintenance and cleaning, the experience could’ve been much better.

Staffs are accommodating & tries their best to communicate to their customers. The hotel is just near affordable restaurants, accessible to 7/11 and ATM areas. I highly recommend them & will surely book again if I will go back to Thailand. Thank you & more power! Thank you also Klook.

Fantastic

Modern King Room · 1 Adults · 1 Nights

I booked last minute in order to be near the airport for my flight the next day, I appreciate the airport shuttle service for 30 baht (plus I got the car all to myself during the time I opt for 😄) The room is very spacious and clean, for the price it's definitely worth it. I do have to admit that the hotel room(s) itself is in another building which is just a few steps away from their front desk/main hotel building. For me it's fine, as the staff is very helpful in taking my luggage and accepting my request to be on a specific floor.
