Close to the airport. Very big, busy hotel. The only electrical outlet to use for curling my hair was by the coffee pot but the lighting was so bad that I couldn’t see what I was doing.

Arrived with what looks like a conference or something with hundreds of guests being in the lobby at the same time. Parking situation was absurd - no where to park. Lots of illegal parking took 1 hour to unload and get luggage to the room. No staff to help, no luggage carts, no sense of urgency or care for anyone’s time. Bar was outrageously overpriced. Capitalising on being close to the airport, but severely under managed for such a large hotel. Choose a Marriott - they’re clearly more on it than this rogue Radisson.

Was only there for one night prior to flying from Heathrow arrived after 7pm. Very very busy noisy. Our room was a superior room, looked nice, our issue was that when we got in bed, it was not clean, there was human hair and bodily hair on the bed sheets. I phoned and asked to have the bed changed. They did move us room immediately but ruined the hotel stay, if the beds aren’t clean what else Isn’t. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not my vibe.
