Cleaning staff did an outstanding job in cleaning and restocking the coffee/tea/water worthy of the Radisson brand. Our room had a nicely cooled working fridge. As the hotel was not near any shopping areas, the available in-room Nespresso and Instant Coffee choices were awesome. The instant coffee was so good that we plan to search for it at home. The available room chairs were what we expected when we book a room for two people. No other hotel did that in the eight oyher hotels we visited on this trip. In many cases we were provided with one chair and one stool. The room was provided with an ample number of electrical outlets, living space and closet space. The heated pool and sauna were most welcome. There was a small usage fee which reduced the number of patrons and allowed us to enjoy the facility without overcrowding. Thanks to Arjun at reception, we were able to print our boarding passes. The available hotel shuttle dropped us off at the hotel entrance not on the street as some of the other hotels do. ****Congrats to the General Manager and the team. Everything was good no problems. The bed was very comfortable. The room is spacious and there’s a good pub across the road. Staff were not very helpful at check in. I felt we were taking up her time by checking in. I didn’t understand her attitude.

This is a good place to stay to be near the airport but other than that not my favorite. The rooms have poor lighting and lobby area is dark. We went first to the bistro to eat and were seated but then no one came to take our order so we left. There is a bar with pub food so we ordered from the bar and sat in the pub area to eat. The automated check in took forever and we had to finally get someone to activate our room keys. I would recommend going to the service desk for faster service.

Stayed a 2nd time due to convenience of location to both parking garage and T3. The rooms are lovely and spacious enough for an overnight stay, hotel facilities - bar mainly, good if a little expensive as you might expect when it’s near the airport! Would stay again.

Room was clean and a nice size. Several food options on site, we did eat there and it was lovely. Close to the airport as well. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

Having to wait forty minutes to check in was excessive! Only one staff member on the check in desk!

Room was not clean, biscuit crumbs all over the big red chair. The shower gel was just water. Conditioner was empty. I would not stay here again.

The room was spacious, very clean and quiet overnight. Bathroom towels felt quite new. What was disappointing was the meal we had in the Italian restaurant. The food was warm not hot which could indicate it wasn’t freshly cooked to order. My side order of roast potatoes were not roast potatoes! This was disappointing as we were very pleased with the room.

Will not stay there again. The carpets in the hallway to the rooms smelled. They sprayed this strong scent all over the hotel so they can cover up for the carpet smell I guess. We were told we had to pay 5 pounds/person for the pool which is ridiculous because it should be included and the changing rooms were so dirty with towels all over the floor and were slippery floors. The staff at the pool was also not nice and attempted to open the door to the changing room while my daughter was changing even though I told him we were in there after he knocked. The pool itself was so hot (like a hot tub) and there was no airconditioning in the area. My kids swam for 5 min and left. I couldn't wait to get out of that hotel!

Room catered for our small family of 4 - beds comfy and bunk beds were great. Requested view of airport which children enjoyed. Amenities in the room such as coffee machine were all good. Check in process has okay, could of been clearer with regards to self check in and sorting own key card out. Had to ask staff regarding information for swimming pool. Despite our book in being with breakfast included, no details were included on where to go, times, etc. But breakfast food was brilliant! Staff were welcoming too!
