Great
Hotel is in great location. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Only downside is it is very outdated and somewhat smelly like a grandma’s house who’s never updated her house since the time she moved in.

I love this hotel! The staff was outstanding, the hotel centrally located, the room exceptionally comfortable, and that oversized, deep bathtub was such a luxury for a bath lover like myself!

Very disappointing stay. The hotel was extremely dirty and not properly maintained. It did not meet even basic cleanliness standards. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

I booked a stay at the Magnolia Hotel in Dallas because of its convenient transportation access. I was excited about my upcoming trip, but unfortunately, a thunderstorm hit on the day of my arrival. As a result, we were stuck on the airplane for an entire 8-hour flight without any movement. I tried to contact the hotel to resolve the issue, but they informed me that my reservation was made through Expedia. I had to call back and forth for the entire 2 days to get this matter resolved. The hotel insisted that I speak to Expedia, while Expedia insisted that I talk to the hotel. It was an unacceptable situation, and I believe either the hotel or Expedia should take responsibility for this reservation. I am deeply disappointed and strongly advise other travelers to reconsider booking this hotel through Expedia.

Older hotel Pictures look great not representative of reality Facts are property needs massive upgrades Only decent amenity is the next door coffee shop From window covers to lobby to old furniture to weird lighting it felt like 1988 Did not complete full stay moved to Omni downtown
