They were having some issues with their water, lobby areas did not appear to have AC, and their room service QR code did not work, ordered or food and when kitchen was closed, learned it was not working. Room were clean, minor cosmetic issues but nothing major.

This was a really bad experience. The staff overall it seemed did not want to be accommodating at all. Plus, they had disabled all the vending machines so you have to buy water bottle for $6 which most hotels give for free. The staff kept saying to complain to corporate for everything I asked. I would not every stay there and would not recommend this along with its sister property which seems like the owners merged two hotels into one. Very bad.
