Reserved for my parents to celebrate their bday. They had a nice, relaxing day. We started celebrating their special days there due to the pandemic whereby we can't travel overseas.

The room was within expectations in terms of the size, layout and provided amenities. In particular, the Singapore Flyer could be seen from the corner of the windows. Overall, this is a good staycation hotel to destress or celebrate any particular occasion.

Our Staycation package is worth the value, includes Mookata Set, Thai Milk Tea & Buffet Breakfast, Given a slice Complimentary Cheese Cake, upon request to celebrate my spouse July Birthday. All Staff are friendly & surroundings area are neat & clean. Gym room are spacious & nice with wide range of exercise equipments. Only swimming pool is too small Overall we enjoyed our Staycation.

Nice impromptu stay. Got free dinner and breakfast which were nice. TV however cannot connect using iphone. only andriod can mirror so if you want to watch ur own show u needa bring own laptop n HDMI cable. ice is free and unlimited.

stayed in this hotel last month with my hubby and was v pleased. so I invited my girls to join me there again. just completed another stay with them and we are happy with our overall experience. the mookata dinner was awesome and the croissant from the Eatery is our favourite dessert. staff here are friendly and smiley. would definitely go back again.

This hotel may not be super near a MRT station but there is a bus stop, right infront and a relaxed walk brings you to areas like Tiong Bahru, Clarke Quay and Great World City. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for others to visit too - the staff are friendly, hotel's menu taste good and you could even take a nice walk along the river, just at the back of the hotel. We had a city view room and the view was not bad :)

Room was big with an awesome view of Singapore River. Comfy and cosy feeling when entering Room. Toilet was small but tiling work was cool. Amenities were disappointing. beverage choice was okay. LOVE the Starbucks ordering direct from room and sent up. wide range of tv Channels 😜 BED was so mesmerising and I definitely had one of the best sleep and rest. Found a tiny cockroach climbing up the curtains though and got me jumping off the sofa by the windows 😨

Check in early, city viewed room, high floor, inform hotel staff about advance celebrate my friend bday and they provide a slice of cake. Went to cafe under hotel which serve by Ranjit who is attentive to us for our orders (thumps up) Package include: Mookata for dinner, Thai milk tea & local breakfast (one time serving) & hotel staff able to let us have an hour late check out. Overall stay is great, thanks.
