Traffic was nightmare. No private beach, but public beach is accessible. Wife loves the spa. Kids love the activities offered. Convenient in-house EV charging facility. Lobby needs more chiller as it can be quite warm. Breakfast was ok.

Huge adult pool and 2 kids pool (one with slides) Breakfast was so amazing, various kind of selections. The hotel is a bit secluded on the way to Batu Ferringgi. Overall it was a nice stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we felt at home. I requested for small suprise birthday for my husband and i got as per photo i share. What stood out the most was how kid-friendly the hotel is, with a great environment that made our family feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend for families looking for a pleasant stay!
