Great
The property was fine. It could use a few upgrades though. The sofa bed was very noisy & you could feel the frame through the mattress. We had 6 people only 1 wash rag & 3 towels. I asked the cleaning person in the hallway if we could get more. She didn't seem like she understood English. One elevator went out of service. The other one wasn't working properly. I was skeptical about using it for fear of getting stuck. The people at the front desk were super nice & very helpful.

The place was cute and catchy. There was a heat wave when we were there and they were passing out popsicles and ice cold water bottles to all their patrons. The lobby air conditioner was not working so they had put in some type of swamp cooler to make us comfortable, which was really nice. They were very helpful and made sure that we were as comfortable as possible even during the heat wave. Once we got to our room, it was perfectly fine. No issues kitchens were a bit dated, but for what we needed and for the price, it was great.

Fantastic
The laundry room with free detergent was a great touch! Awesome location (right across the street from Trader Joe’s too) for the price!

Stayed with friends

The staff was amazing, genuinely made our trip so smooth and were extremely helpful at all hours. The room it self was quite dirty, with some mystery marks on the walls and sofa, but for a group traveling that mainly needed a landing pad, the beds were clean and the bathroom was okay. Would stay here again just for the staff though!

Good location. The room has an old carpet and it was smelling so bad. All the furniture needs an upgrade. I would not recommend it.

The lobby had no air conditioning during the entire stay. The room a/c could not be adjusted. It was too hot. Additionally, the room was extremely humid. The sheets on the bed were damp. Every piece of material was damp from the humidity in the room. My clothes also became damp. It was not a room to relax to after a hot day. I paid too much money to have this type of experience. I did not receive a response from the manager.
