⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Exceptional Experience Our stay at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat was truly unforgettable. From the beautiful natural surroundings and geothermal hot springs to the peaceful atmosphere, everything was exceptional. What impressed us most was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, professional and genuinely attentive to every detail. The villa was beautiful, private and incredibly relaxing. The caves, hot springs, spa and surrounding nature made the entire experience feel completely unique. For couples looking for privacy, relaxation, nature and luxury, I highly recommend The Banjaran. It is easily one of the best resorts I have experienced in Malaysia. Thank you to the entire Banjaran team for making our stay so special. We will definitely come back! ❤️

It was generally a pleasant stay. Rejuvenating thermal hotspring water. Love the fish spa and Crystal Cave. Meditation Cave is pretty amazing. Nature walk is quite wild. Steambath is great too. Had a memorable customised fine-dining dinner at Jeff’s Cellar. Alas, we did not have time to go earlier to have a drink at The Bar prior to dinner. The Bar certainly looks too inviting to miss. Love our breakfast time at the gazebo at Pomelo cafe. Unfortunately, the food there is a hit-and-miss. I still find it hard to believe that a five star hotel would serve burnt toast and runny scrambled eggs to me! Luckily the shredded chicken hor fun soup saved the meal. Cafe manager, Balan is a gem. Always with a smile and so enthusiastic. We also ordered Afternoon Tea at On The Rocks. Isaac, the waiter, there was very friendly. View was great. The pastries, however, was just so so… for RM150 per pax… it left much to be desired. Also, complimentary airport transfer is not available. Unbelievable.

it was a wonderful place with great service by staff and thoughtfulness of design of the resort. we were well received by Bella and oriented us to the different places in the resort with the buggy. we visited almost everywhere in the resort and enjoyed the pools in the villa. the dip pools were great too and Dr Fish and the reflexology stones. Both Pomelo and Jeff’s Cellar were great dining areas and the visit to the private cellar was a treat. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a getaway and I heard a big mall is coming up by end of 2026.
