Always keep in mind this is a very old hotel from the 90s and has not been updated since. But, the location is the best still and staff are courteous and helpful. The building and cleanliness just needs an updating especially its Baguio and the molds. Lastly, wifi was useless was better off using my data.

The staff are friendly and accommodating particularly the housekeeping people. Location is perfect, it is just within the business center of Baguio. However, the hotel is a bit old and needs some renovations. They can replace the linens with new ones and the cabinet, chairs and table. Overall, still recomnendable.

The only advantage of this hotel is tjeir Location. Along session road, a few minutes walk going to SM, Burnham Park, Wet Market and jeepney terminals. The staffs are all nice and kind

staffs are very accommodating and awesomely helpful!! location is very perfect for transportation and nearby communities. very affordable too! the only problem I see is, the room is not so clean. we did not use the cabinets as there are spider webs. bedsheets does have some stains and it does not smell good. and also please make the room ready before the guest arrives or make them wait for you to clean the room. Cleanliness is the only problem we encountered. the accomodation, location and the staffs are all doing great!!! super love the hotel except the not so clean room. but overall its still a 4/5 rating for us. will surely book again!

Excellent Stay at Prime Hotel! I had a wonderful experience at Prime Hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The location is perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of fresh options. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely come back!
