FantasticStayed with partner
Love the short haired blonde. She's a delight. Rooms were clean. Plenty of towels and wash rags. Beautifully made bed. Breakfast options were a 10 out of 10!

It was very difficult to sleep due to the strong smell to cigarettes in my room. My head was hurting throughout the night and had difficulty sleeping. Although I requested a non smoking room it seems like the entire hotel smell the same. The outside of the hotel looked abandoned and unsafe. It was to late for me to cancel but for that reason I checked out before 5:30 am I couldn’t stay any longer. Horrible experience

GoodStayed with family · For friends and family
The pool closes at 10pm even on the weekends and the lady at the staff person on duty was very rude and abrupt about it. I was BBQing and she made us stop our cooking and removed us from the outside pool area with half cook food and pack up our celebration for Pride weekend. The morning staff was rude about having my family visit. I was only in town for the weekend, and rarely get to Denver to see my family. The girl at the desk made a call to my cell phone and said my family had to leave "right now, get out of Her building"! After speaking to the girl we came to an agreement, that if my sister and her friend had ID's they could visit. It was a simple solution, but the staff person made it more than it was out to be, basically assuming drugs were a factor. I was kinda insulted, considering how much I paid to stay there. It was insulting to my guest and I to be labeled and placed in some kind of category of a drug addicts. I obliged to their requests because I had already planned on staying there for 3days and 2 nights. Paid in full. I wasn't gonna get kicked out and my payment not be refunded. Facts.

Older hotel and showing its age. It was generally clean but over due for updating. Walls freshly painted but furniture and fixtures well past their prime.
No coffee in room, only available next to lobby for purchase. Also breakfast but no resturant and only one near by. It could be quite noisy as well, was awoken around 3 AM a couple of different nights. Convenient location for both downtown and West Denver. But can be a bit tricky getting to initially.

Good The staff were super helpful and pleasant! The kids enjoyed the pool. However when we arrived we found hair and stains all under the sheets on one bed and then we found a used bandaid in the other bed. For the price I can understand certain things but cleaning the sheets should be the bare minimum.

The room was dirty, the towels were old and yellow, and the bathroom had no bathtub; it was stained and had mold on the walls.

There were people out back in cars smoking dope, there was a group of guys that had car tore apart and rebuilding in the parking lot. Lot was dark and dirty. There was guys sitting on entrance steps watching you go in. When checking in The couple in front of us looking like renting by the hour. The elevator smelled like a weed factory. Then got to 4th floor and elevator slipped and sounded like we would fall any second. The room numbers were wrote on wall with sharpie. Bug shells in mattress, shower faucet didnt work so we got scolded. Absolutely horrible experience. Didnt stay second night and expedia wouldn’t refund our money for leave.
