Another exceptional stay at JA Resort, and once again Palm Tree Court exceeded our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and truly first class. We were very kindly offered an upgraded room at check-in, which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated.
A special mention must go to Fernando, the Recreation Manager, and Kasun, both of whom were outstanding throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and added a real personal touch to our experience.
One of the things we always enjoy most at JA Resort is bringing our own fishing equipment, as the location is ideal for a relaxing morning or afternoon of fishing. Fernando’s knowledge and advice were especially appreciated he knew the best times to fish, shared some very helpful tips, and helped make each morning even more enjoyable for us.
It would be wonderful to see the hotel introduce organised fishing boat trips in the future, especially with the boats already docked nearby, as this would be a fantastic addition to the guest experience.
JA Resort continues to be a place our family truly loves returning to. We are already looking forward to being back again in a few weeks for more family time, more unforgettable memories, and of course, more fishing.
