The room was not clean. Looked like a rush job. The balcony was filled with Cobb webs and bird poop. Couldn’t sit out there to enjoy the balcony. Was very disappointed especially with what they charge.

The best place to stay in Dublin - staff are so helpful and welcoming, food is great, cocktail bar has an excellent atmosphere in the evening, rooms are perfect and there is a pool and gym. What more could you ask for? We love The Spencer!

Very poor room service, they took my order for a sandwich in the evening and after 45 mins waiting I called again and they said there were people before me and it would be another 30 mins so at that stage I just cancelled the room service and the guy on the phone was quite rude
