It really a peaceful place , clean, and wonderful stuff. All I can say is everytime I will be in Dallas that will be my house.

Bathroom wasnt very clean and missing handle in shower

Update remotes in the rooms. This is the second time the remote did not work properly other than that I love the hotel

This was my first stay at Cambria, and while check-in was excellent and the staff were friendly, the rest of my experience was disappointing. When I got to my room, I discovered the shower was missing a sliding glass door. Water immediately sprayed out and flooded the bathroom floor. Two employees confirmed the door shouldn’t have been missing, but since the hotel was full, all they could offer were extra towels. Later, I purchased three bottled drinks and charged them to my room. Although I had already paid a $100 incidental hold at check-in, I immediately received another unexpected $100 charge. Staff couldn’t explain it and said it would disappear after checkout, but it’s still on my account. I also ordered dinner from the hotel restaurant. After paying $37 for wings, mashed potatoes, and cheesecake, I received a call saying they couldn’t make the wings because they had no grease to cook them. I requested a refund and was told it would be processed at checkout. That charge is also still pending. I realize it may take longer than a day for a charge to fall off. I asked to speak with the general manager at checkout but was told they weren’t available. After two more calls and a voicemail, I’m still waiting for a response. I chose this hotel because of its positive reviews, so this was disappointing. The staff were courteous and did their best, but the maintenance issues, billing problems, and lack of management follow-up left me with a poor overall impression.

This place is worth the money. You can tell it’s remodeled and everything is pretty much new inside the rooms. The rooms are very clean and organized. The staff is very helpful from the time you walk into the time you leave. Definitely recommend this hotel for the cost just outside of Dallas inner city. Parking is easy and also the amenities are worth it.

Overcharged me for just buying water???
