No clean towels no clean sheets rubbish basket not emptied expensive £40 a night for not good service plus no Internet half the time

Outside the front and in the reception were very nice and matained rooms however were dirty we had a leaking sink and the mugs left out for hot drinks were dirty so we're never used bed bases and mattresses were stained and dirty sheets were clean and pillow cases only thing in the room that was shower was rusty and full of grime

Damp carpet by the door and for a deluxe room was poorly maintained. Door was very difficult to close and the whole hotel needs redecorating. And no option for breakfast. Good location.
