Please note that despite what the information about this hotel says, they DO NOT have EV charging on-site. They only have basic Tesla chargers (incompatible with NCAS adapters as they are not Tesla Superchargers), plus a parking spot with a standard outlet. There are no universal EV chargers on-site at all. This was one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel - on-site EV charging as mentioned in the hotel amenities - and it was a HUGE inconvenience to discover that was false information after checking in. Despite paying for parking at the hotel, we had to pay additional parking and EV charging fees in order to charge our car elsewhere in Whistler. Please remove your claim of having EV charging on-site, as this is false advertising.

Very, very friendly staff and the property is located conveniently. Well kept and clean (only the pool needs to be cleaned properly). Highly recommend this hotel to others

staff is very accommodating. really nice! clean room. the only thing I dont like is the room upstairs. It woke me up every time. Im not sure if somebody is exercising or they just like walking back and forth that I can hear and feel they're footsteps. overall it was a good stay.
