Very comfortable and well-designed room. Common areas were welcoming with daily music. Extensive spa with heated outdoor pool and gym was appreciated.

Solo stay

I gotvin late and had to request for maintenence to go to my room and unclog the bathroom bathtub as water was not draining. Not fun to shower on dirty water.

The Sheraton Lisboa was awesome. The rooms were really nice with a very comfortable bed. The spa area was great and the breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Hotel was underwhelming for a Sheraton. Hallways are dark, rooms have dark carpet. Staff were very helpful. Gave us restaurant recommendations which were very good.
