The room was very clean and my family enjoyed the friendly customer service.

Clean room and great staff. One elevator was down but otherwise good

We tried to check in we had a room booked. But they canceled the room. They how ever did not cancel our credit card. I can't recommend this hotel.

At check in I was told there was no parking available and I would have to use street parking or public parking. I asked about how much that was. And was told I would have to look myself. I had booked this hotel because they said they had parking. The person then proceeded to type on her computer then said since your not satisfied with this hotel. She was canceling my reservation. I asked how they could cancel a three party booking? The manager came out pointed to a spot on his lap top that he said showed where they could do that. It was to far away for me to read. The hotel would not answer the phone for the third party company I booked it through and the manager hung up the phone on my husband. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone. They never cancelled our reservation so now the credit card company is involved.
