We stayed on the 30th floor the view was spectacular. It’s in a convenient. Area . If I ever visit again I’ll stay there. Very pricey when it came to. Parking 41 dollars a night . We rented a car for two days , and received free parking . We walked everywhere else or uber ..

Ala Moana exceeded our expectations. Family friendly. Friendly staff. Warm greeting. Information was always available. Beautiful partial ocean view. Walking distance to local beaches. Close to the convention center and shopping center. Rentals available for purchase which we took advantage of to drive around the island. One thing was the laundry room. There was not many washers or dryers available. Other than that the hotel was pretty good.

The hotel store has great food for those that are too tired to walk across to the malls food court. It's in an ideal location and you can't go wrong by staying here for a quick stop over.

The housekeeping staff is knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and respond promptly. The lobby staff check you in and get you started courteously and quickly. The parking staff and valets respond to your needs quickly and courteously. My wife and I always stay at the Ala Moana Hotel when we are in Honolulu. It’s a great hotel and an even better value.
