absolutely amazing hotel. the location, staff, amenities, and more were all so perfect. the staff answered every question i had with ease and was very helpful with recommendations and anything that i needed. amazing amazing amazing place and i will 100% stay there again whenever im back in Luzern!

The experience is fantastic! The staff prepared a beautiful room with lovely decorative after knew that it is our honeymoon stay. The room included mini bar with 6 bottles of drinks, Capsules, tea…. The staffs are really really helpful! They will prepare guide book and map and print out the railway itinerary for us. A lot of guidelines. The breakfast is awesome!!! Many choices, the fired vegetables are so good, sausages & hot egg dishes are so delicious. We will be back!
