I was redirected after choosing the stay. To Thailand instead of Australia Not happy

El lugar es bonito, buena calidad de camas y almohadas, excelente ubicación...lo único que no me gustó fue que había una lagartija en la habitación

สะอาด ใจกลางเมือง เงียบ พนักงานดี ที่จอดรถเยอะทั่วถึง ถ้ามีเด็กเล็ก พามาด้วยพักที่นี่ได้สบายมาก

จองแล้วจ่ายเงินตัดบัตรเรียบร้อยเป๊นเวลากว่า 2 สัปดาห์..พนังงานรร.โทรมาบอกว่า.ห้องเต็มให้ย้ายไปรร.อื่นแทน..เสียความรู้สึกมาก..จอง.อโกด้า.บุ๊คกี้งดอทคอมมา..หรือเวปนี้เป็นเวลานานแล้ว.ไม่เคยเจอแบบน้ืเลย...เสียความรู้สึกมากๆๆฟฟๆ

Service is not bad, especially the delicious breakfast buffet though not much for choice. Restaurant and reception are well designed. But rooms are apparently outdated and simply renovated by paints on the walls and furnitures. The air-con of our room couldn't be adjusted, which means it only in on or off mode, whatever you turn up and down the temperature or fan volume. There are some dirt and stain on our quilt, although it was warped by a clean cover. We thought at least the bedrooms and its amenities should be renewed.

Helpful staff. Convenient location. I'd stay there again.
