I arrived early and they let me check in without any extra charge. The place is clean and peaceful, with free coffee and purified drinking water. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. I arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m. The room was already ready for me before I arrived, and they allowed me to check in early. The place is quiet and is near Luwalhati Park, San Agustin Church, Mount Tapyas, McDonald’s, Jollibee, Andok’s, a hospital, and grocery stores. Great place to stay if you're in a budget and have activities to do everyday. Only downside is power gets cutoff every single morning around 0830 am then comes back sometime in the afternoon. Stayed there for multiple days and this was consistent. Some amenities need some TLC but still works ok.
