Our stay was wonderful in every way. The room was beautifully decorated, light and well air conditioned in the middle of a heat wave, thoughtfully equipped with every amenity one could wish for, the bed very comfortable, even a makeup table and chair in the spacious bathroom. The hotel has real personality deriving from its history including a library, the Coral bar which is a great meeting spot, meeting rooms etc. Itfeels intimate without being intrusive and the staff is excellent, warm and enthusiastic. Finally, it is a block from the incomparable British Museum.

Very nice hotel, clean and charming. Bathroom was large and modern with good water pressure. Staff was very nice. Location was incredible as it is on 3 subway lines, including Elizabeth which gives you a straight ride from Heathrow.

It started with 2 young chaps dressed in traditional English jacket and hat who met us at our taxi to take our luggage. We felt royal!! The room was perfect. Te staff went above and beyond. They, (Ian the concierge) helped us plan the days with the most important sights to see. The staff was over the top. Cant say enough about them.
